BIOTEN PACKAGING · PROJECT INTAKE

Bioten™ packaging project pre-review

PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT INTAKE

From PHA aqueous emulsion, paper interface, coating and film formation to heat sealing and complete packaging verification, the real working conditions of food and beverages, beauty and personal care, pharmaceutical and medical outer packaging and special paper-based packaging are organized into executable joint development inputs.

SAMPLE OBJECTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Define the sample object first.
Then determine who may provide it.

Material, coated-paper, and finished-article samples have different responsible parties and validation levels. DBC coordinates intake, material routes, and collaboration; sample version, quantity, and availability require project confirmation.

Provided by DBC

BIOTEN barrier emulsion

A candidate material sample for formulation and coating-fit assessment. The applicant provides substrate, equipment, use, and target conditions.

NEXT DECISIONWhether the material route should enter coated-paper and process validation.
Select emulsion sample
Provided by partner coaters

BIOTEN waterborne-coated paper

Bound to confirmed paper, coating, process and batch for converting and article validation, with the actual provider and manufacturing responsibility identified on the sample record.

NEXT DECISIONWhether the paper–coating–process combination can enter article converting.
Select coated-paper sample
Provided by partner converters

BIOTEN foodserviceware

Provided by partner converters against confirmed coated paper, structure and forming conditions, with results recorded separately for each finished cup, bowl or food-container version.

NEXT DECISIONWhether the finished article meets contents, use, and evidence conditions.
Select foodserviceware sample

Value-chain responsibility matrix

WHO OWNS WHAT
DBC / BIOTENLeads demand definition, candidate emulsion and material routing, and technical coordination, forming a clear manufacturing-responsibility chain with paper, coating and converting partners.
Paper / coating partnerPaper, coated-paper, and coating execution bound to grade, coating, equipment, process window, and batch.
Converting / article partnerPrinting, die cutting, carton or bag making, cup or bowl forming, or molded-fiber converting, with responsibility for the produced version.
Applicant / use sideDefines contents, use conditions, target market, acceptance method, and representative samples, and participates in the decision.

What happens after submission

MANUAL REVIEW
  1. Context intakeRetain source, sample object, and request type.
  2. Completeness reviewDetermine whether information supports technical routing.
  3. Provider and version confirmationConfirm who may provide which version.
  4. Sample or validation planIf suitable, confirm sample, testing, or prototyping scope in writing.
  5. Testing and feedbackBind object, conditions, method, batch, and result.
  6. Route decisionDecide to stop, supplement, iterate, or advance.

Organize real project conditions through seven engineering steps

The selected object, provider role, paper, coating, converting, use conditions, and evidence requirements are reviewed together.

INFO Application information
01 Requirements definition

Hope for support

All professional packaging fields use the same engineering process; pharmaceutical and medical outer packaging currently focuses on paper-based outer packaging and secondary packaging, and sterile barriers and medical-grade issues have entered a special verification path.

02 Structure and base material
03 material routing

Plus, Pro, and Ultra are only candidate project routes, not performance levels; the final route is determined by the structure, process, and verification results.

04 Process adaptation
05 Finished-Article Validation
06 Evidence Deliverables
07 Scale-up and production line introduction review

A website receipt confirms that the request was received and sent. Samples, partnership, project acceptance and response timing are confirmed in subsequent written human communication.

After submission, the team will arrange for the corresponding person in charge to follow up based on the type of requirement.
